PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: On behalf of the Ms. Willa World team we send out a warm welcome to those of you visiting the site. We ask you to read carefully as the instructions are used to accommodate you in an efficient and orderly manner. To start we will be accepting a non - refundable $50 deposits towards your service to hold placement in the time of servicing. This Deposit must be made 24 hours after booking your appointment or your spot will be open and given to another customer. After a confirmation email has been received stating the approval of your deposit a team member will contact you by phone (Every day at 8pm EDT) and consult with you about your appointment. At this particular time you will be given the location info and any request/questions/concerns you have as a client will be answered. We ask that each client provides` their own quality hair so that we can service you effectively. If you have any questions as far as hair types and hair vendors we suggest you to please use the email provided for questions and concerns prior to your booking of appointment. We will be servicing you in a private setting so that it is comfortable for both the stylist and client.
